Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Le Après purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Change of Mind Returns
Full-priced items and those purchased using a discount code can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging (including the resealable garment bag).
Le Après does not cover return shipping. You may use your own preferred courier to return the parcel to us.
Please note: we are not responsible for parcels lost or undelivered via your chosen courier.
To initiate a return or exchange, email concierge@leapres.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size and we have your preferred size in stock, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.
If your size is no longer available, the item can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Faulty Items
We thoroughly quality-check every garment before it ships, but if something has slipped through, we’ll make it right.
Faulty items can be returned for a replacement, full refund, or a Store Credit Gift Card (+10% bonus value).
If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or store credit upon return.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for any verified faulty items.
To report a fault, email concierge@leapres.com.au with your order number and clear images of the fault.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll correct it swiftly.
Email concierge@leapres.com.au with your order number and photos of what you received.
We’ll provide return instructions and cover the return shipping.
We will then issue a replacement, refund, or Store Credit Gift Card, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order item, payment is taken upfront to reserve your piece.
Estimated shipping windows will be listed in the product description, but are subject to change.
Once delivered, pre-orders are eligible for return under our standard return policy.
Refunds will not be issued for minor shipping delays unless the delay exceeds 30 days from the expected delivery window.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order is marked as unclaimed and returned to us:
We can reship it to the original address, or
Issue a refund minus all associated shipping costs.
Please note: failure to pay import duties or taxes may result in your parcel being returned as unclaimed.
Ineligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
Worn, washed, or damaged garments.
Items not returned in original packaging.
Returns requested after 30 days.
Items damaged through improper care or standard wear and tear.
Le Après reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
